VALUES
Creation always stems from shared energy and passion, which is sparked from mutual trust and shared values - our only compass of action. 

BELIEVE in what you do and are. If you don’t, no one else will either. Be confident about yourself.
BE PROUD of what you do. Share the pride of what we do together. Be proud of each of us. Share our success stories. Let others know about it too. It creates positive vibes and attracts good.

FAMILY AFFAIR All good at home, all good at work. Münchhausen is your family too. We take care of each other. Taking care of your family is taking care of your future.  Talk to people, listen to them. This helps to understand and will unleash the unlimited potential to co-create.

WALK WITH FRIENDS Always give a helping hand to the person next to you. Remember, this is teamwork. There is no “I” if there is no “us”. Therefore, us is always first.

TRUST makes us a team. It means we can rely on each other in everything 110%.

HUMBLENESS is being open to the world and accepting that there is no best. Better in itself means nothing if there are no meaningful relations.  We do not judge; we do not criticize; we accept and learn. Being humble is the only way not to become cocky. Being cocky is the fastest way out of business. Being cocky is equal to being an asshole. We do not work with assholes! 

PUSH BOUNDARIES Development always starts from leaping to the unknown. It takes a change in mindset to move from the status quo. It is a road without a guided map, and it means new places, faces, and situations literally every day. Stepping to this road is putting yourself out of your comfort zone; it is putting you out there to learn and develop, to collect new skills, and find new ways of ‘being’ and ‘doing'. Aim for the unknown, and expand!

IMAGINE & EXPLORE There is no single way to do things. Always question the current way. Never think you have found the single best one.  And, if stuck, step out from your old shoes and look from the other person's point of view. Think about solutions, not obstacles. 

FAIL & LEARN Learn from your mistakes as well as the mistakes of others. Take note of your learnings and reflect on them. Then move on - avoiding the same mistakes. The immediate analysis is the most efficient—feedback at once.  Remember, though, that negative feedback is never given in front of others. It’s not feedback but humiliation.  Feedback is best received when subtle, solid, and on the subject. We give feedback to the professional persona.  We never make personal attacks. 

SATISFACTION must be guaranteed. Happiness creates happiness :) Remember, “People may forget what you say or do, but they will never forget how they felt around you.” The feeling of quality and satisfaction comes before cost. Yet, do not be mistaken; we never work to please the client. We work to make it all come together. Transparency, honesty, and proactive communication is the key.

OPEN COMMUNICATION means proactive and swift response regardless of the addressee, be it internal or external.  Respond always. Do not leave anybody hanging.  Speak up. Be straight. Be honest. Tell it as it is. Tell all about your ideas, fears, or even problems. What you don’t know, you ask. Never assume.  Assuming it is the mother of all the fuck-ups in the world.
